What We Do
We work on boots, dress shoes, sneakers, sandals, handbags, belts, and any leather good worth keeping.
Full and half soles in leather, rubber, or crepe. Heel rebuilds using premium materials matched to the original.
Deep conditioning, scuff repair, color restoration, and protective finishing to revive tired leather.
Change colors, refresh faded leather, or achieve a custom look. We color-match with precision.
Mechanical stretching for width and length. We can also pad or tighten shoes that have stretched out.
Strap replacements, zipper repairs, lining replacement, and full restoration on handbags and leather accessories.
Custom insoles, metatarsal pads, and modifications to accommodate orthotics or medical requirements.

Our Story
Cumming Shoe Repair opened in 1991 when Forsyth County was a small community and quality craftsmanship still meant something. We haven't changed what matters — the same hand tools, the same eye for detail, the same commitment to a job done right.
Owner Dale Pruitt learned the trade from his father and has been serving the community ever since. We know most of our customers by name, and we take care of their shoes like we would our own.
