I don't run a contact form. They get spammed, they get lost, and they make you feel like you're submitting a ticket to a stranger. I'd rather you just email me. I read every message personally and reply within one business day — usually much faster.

If you'd prefer to talk, the phone works. If I don't pick up, it's because I'm heads-down on a project — leave a voicemail and I'll call you back the same day.

Before you write: helpful context to include.

None of this is required — a two-sentence "hey, can we chat?" is totally fine. But if you want a more useful first reply from me, these details speed things up:

• What your business does and who your ideal customer is
• Your current website URL, if you have one
• What prompted you to reach out — a new launch, declining traffic, a redesign, something else
• A rough timeline — "ASAP," "this quarter," "sometime this year"
• A rough budget range, even if it's approximate. This saves us both time.

I reply to every legitimate inquiry, even the ones that aren't a fit. If I'm not the right person for your project, I'll tell you that honestly and, when I can, point you toward someone who is.
